I have some info that I have not seen on this thread. There is a company by the name of Globespan Semiconductor (www.globespan.net) local to me in NJ that was the #1 supplier of DSL chipsets in 1997. They are also pushing hard in the mega volume arena to be the key supplier for consumer apps.

Now, this company had 50 employees at the beginning of the year, 100 now and plans on 200 by the end of the year. Someone in a repsectable position in this company is the person who introduced me to AWRE and after research, seemed like a decent buy. I was also informed by this same person about six weeks ago to look for a buy out of AWRE.

For the guys asking who has put a lot of time an money into DSL, Globespan is one of them. Will they buy AWRE? Who knows. One thing is for sure and that is Globespan has the money. They are owned and backed by the guys that own Continental Airlines and Beringer Vinyards.

Just a little info. I am not trying to hype the stock just offer additional insight.
