Hey Mark, Really bad idea!!! I just got back from a long weekend in California house-hunting, only to find about 2,000 posts on this thread to catch up on!!!! What's a guy to do? For those of us who can't monitor this thread all day, every day, have a heart, folks!! So, who cares if we're number one on the hot topics list, as long as we know we're number one! GGGGG A serious question for anyone who knows on the subject of getting certificates. If you call for your certificates, can you sell during the time between your call and their delivery, or are you in limbo during that period? I don't plan on selling, but in case things go awry with our move, I might need a little cash. Can't wait for tomorrow; should be somethin' to watch!! Rick
