Paul: Shanghai/Jiangsu area is the most prosperous. Shanghai is located in Jiangsu province, but the Shanghai city government does not report to Jiangsu province. The Shanghai city government reports directly to the central government in Beijing. Both Beijing and Shanghai have great potential. Beijing in better known for its cultural development. Shanghai people are more business oriented. I believe that CHL is not doing business in Beijing. Julius
