I understand... there is alot of factors going on in that region. Dealing with the old Soviet Blocs is like trying to put a square peg in a round hole, LOL. I do think IKAR is in a very choice region with all the assets in place to mine things... but many of these companies trying to operate and produce in similar regions are faced with the logistics problems. So the Analysts and MMs are "stereo typing" most of these operations, under those terms... now that doesnt make them right, and I agree once they are proven wrong... it will be hard to stop IKAR. Little ol' AIPN has found itself thrown in a cage with a 300 pound gorilla as a cell mate... Lukoil the state run oil producer, guess who will win that match LOL KAA
