Re insider sales, I believe that Ascend stated in its recent first quarter report (and accompanying press release) that its cash position increased over the previous quarter due in part to option exercises. That being the case, it should be no surprise that some or all of the shares purchased by insiders as a result of such option exercises were sold once the "window" opened for such sales.
