Bernard,

Thanks for your post. . . . nicely put. You've made a very clear distinction between legitimate prospects which may be freely discussed and hype. It's simply a matter of identifying reasonable projections as such, and that's not hype. Unreasonable projections of questionable motivation are hype, and reasonable investors use their brains and their own DD to tell the difference. Hype also often precedes insider movements such as management sell-offs, and so on. None of that has ever been evident with GPW. The GPW management know they have a potential, and have a plan, to become a major player in the software field, and they're holding onto their shares now with a tighter grip than the Scots hold their haggis.

I've been around long enough, and worked through hundreds of contracts of all types, sometimes in a very political environment, and you certainly wouldn't need to waste your money and time on a lawyer before posting something as innocent and common knowledge as you did.

You know, I think we got a bit lucky here, being in GPW. Let's not be afraid to search for a four leaf clover now and again, and even kiss the blarney stone when we feel good about our bit of luck!

Have a nice evening!

Murray
