Greg are you using Reuters for data? I had problems Sunday but was able to get it today after 12:00 alright. Very disappointed with the downloads from them so far. I am switching to the new QP V2. I spoke with customer service at Reuters, and they admitted to a system crash. they were not aware of the problem until today. Kind of wonder where that extra money they are charging over the other data providers is going? Not into weekend workers thats for sure I do like their customer service reps but they don't pay my bills, you know. ht david
