What you wrote,
First, if Rene is right and
existing licenses are worthless,
the judge already dealt with that issue,and basically Rene is lying.
The court will judge May 21,1998,whether TT is in contempt of court and what the punishment for TT should be. According to some lawyers I spoke to,IF TT is in contempt,HUGE fines and jail terms are the norm,besides the fact that TPP will get those plans,even if a bailif is needed.
