This insider sell is a little curious. First it's a sale into a declining stock price which is more than disquieting. Secondly, it's Bolger's first sale on recent record, so why now and lastly why does he reduce his holdings to zero when prospects for C6+ seem better than .5? On the other hand directors sometimes are lousy timers and frequently want the cash due to their real lack of interest in the company. I place more importance on the purchases by Berg, Courtelyou, Hodge, and Perham. They seem very willing and able to buy in the current price range. It will be very telling if they buy again. Surely their most recent buys weren't hype. How badly are things going ? Wait for the form 4 filings. This news today isn't so hot. How far do I think this thing will tank? Well, I really can't see it going much lower than this. Remember the last time IDTI visited the $10 area everyone was dropping waste down their legs over the Asian imbroglio. What are we worried about now? Ramp up too slow and Intel's Celeron chip that everyone claims is inferior. Businesses will stay with Intel chips the same way they stuck with IBM computers. It's the retail purchaser who calls the shots and will eventually change the market. It'll take a little time. In the interim, IDTI will be one volatile sucker...I've never been seasick in my life, but this is what I imagine it to be...manic depressive...and why? the earnings have not been volatile at all. I believe that many high tech investors are a bit manic depressive themselves...eventually the characteristics which IDTI stock exhibits will change and we will see a less volatile sustained rise. OKAY, I'll go out on a limb again; we won't see a close below $10 in IDTI EVER again. There. If I'm wrong and you can find me, you can sue me.
