ED, Address is on the way.

My opinion on dilutions is so what??? - more shares and more cash - in theory should not affect share price in a one month period.

On reverse splits which we will see as I doubt many uder .50 companies will doing splits. Simply take the exit or month end close price and divide by the split and compare it to the original price. IE - a stock is picked at 10 cents. IT reverse splits 1 for 10 so the new price after the split is around a dollar and it closes or exits at $1.50 - divide this number by 10 for a 15 cent relative price and a 50% increase.
