soxan, I am not having any luck finding out anymore information about the statement that "Start allows missiles to be destroyed by launch into space, so there is no diplomatic issue." Do you think that when the missiles are launched by EPEA they are not able to be reused or destroyed? If they are, then maybe there might be other reasons that EPEA is not able to launch using their preferred way. I will continue to research. Gary
