george, i use three sets of scans for the short stuff when i can, i use the dougr special, a scan that was between 2 and 9.01 that i search for increased volume and price above a long term moving avg,and i have used james strauss' list on occasion. many of the 2-9 scan i run appear on strauss lists, probably some similar indicators and price,of course, i now will include the running list of killers for opportunities as well, which i did tonite.most of the original dougr ones have already played out and i haven't added one to my database for three days prior to tonite, the longest draught so far,that list is scarce as of the moment, and i would guess this is the result of recent market concerns, all that are posted are not of the dougian nature but all have one set up or another that warrants a glance. the higher xovers in the 4.3.2 will also result in a reduction of the list.
