I can't speak for Castle.

Why they don't answer your emails - I haven't a clue.

As for otc/bb: don't count on it. SOES offices really shy
away from this market. You need $10,000 to start an account,
and with margin, that's $20,000 if you qualify. SOES is 1,000
shares per trade. This would not be cost effective for a penny
stock. There are times when I would like to have traded an otc/bb that was trading in the $3-$5 range, but couldn't. SOES is tailored
to the Nasdaq not bb market.

New Software: Their software developers are always working
on something new. I have not heard of Market Links. Thanks
for the heads up.
