Ciao, gotta hand it to you. You have certainly picked some quality stocks. After lurking for a while, I am on board today @$1.35. Chart looks like it is ready to pop and CUQ is definately cheap. I was on a real estate seminar a few weeks ago in Airdrie and the folks were saying that they are investing heavily into Edmonton real estate and land as they feel that Edmonton real estate is undervalued and should experience the next "boom" which Calgary is currently enjoying. If this happens, then CUQ should do even better than it is right now. Good luck everyone. mike
