Addi. Thanks for the insult! To be accused of being Joe V. is really hitting below the belt! Not to sound like I'm on some kind of ego-trip, but if I had the pleasure of picking the CEO of Airstar, you can bet that they would have a different CEO and you wouldn't have the stock at 18 cents! Furthermore, the 10-K would have been filed on time and the company wouldn't have to continue to defend (or maybe make excuses would have been a wiser choice of words), themselves on this thread! But, what can I say....they have never asked for my opinion so I just hang in there. Maybe they will surprise us all and pull an acquisition out of the hat! Then again, I could be smoking something, huh? As for your question on whether I am a director or whatever else you refer me to, thanks but no thanks! The last position I would want to be in right now would be CEO or Director of Xecom, Airstar or whatever else you reference this company under. Do you think I would want to be held responsible for the state of this company? Think again!
