Would be amusing if in order to comply MSFT issues a patch which merely erases the icon, and allows you to uninstall IE or face a $30 licencse fee. Do you suppose tech stocks would rise or fall on news like that, he he. "Microsoft is warning Wall Street that any delay in the release of its upcoming Windows 98..." Would allow them to talk the stock down so that they could repurchase shares in order to retire employee's options, after which they could issue that patch and rake in some more income.
