Barney, Where Alan says he helped the sickly old lady is not a fault. To somehow justify himself for not needing to go to church because all he does is argue with those in authority is the point. Here's the scenario in case you missed it. The Church is full of people like the nurse who are so wicked and uncaring the Alan the saint couldn't possibly do such a terrible thing and go worship with her. His ministry is showing his love to those who can't help themselves. Barney wake up and see what's really going on. -Chris
