ANYWAY...now that I am calm again - Byron (the name is B.Y.R.O.N not Bryon) Thank you again for your overview of DGIVs financial situation and to put it in a "nutshell" for us - What we need to know about our "rocketship". Based on your # I am going to use the $55 million (conservatively) and divide it into the outstanding float of 18.2 million shares = $3.034 per share in earnings, based on industry average the telecom industry trades at 50 X earnings (check nas.com for confirmation - look under DGIV) That tells me that to be considered "fairly" valued DGIV should con- servatively trade at $3.034 x 50 = $151.70 a share I think there would be a few investment firms looking to take this DIAMOND in the rough to the NASDAQ soon !? Sheez, at 10 x earnings this stock is conservatively - a $30 stock - BOY I AM GOONA SLEEP WELL TONIGHT !!!! Thanks, Byron (not Bryon) GOOD NIGHT RICO
