allad Enterprises Ltd. announces that it has granted and repriced incentive stock options on a total of 1,443,078 shares of the Company's capital stock at an exercise price of $0.55 per share, which price is greater than the average closing price of the Company's shares for the ten trading days immediately preceding the date of this News Release. The repriced stock options remain exercisable for a period of up to two years from the date of the original grant. All other provisions of the existing stock option agreements remain in full force and effect. The newly granted stock options are exercisable for up to two years.
