Do we know what date the annual report is to be released by. I don't know what the rules are in the States on this?

ESSI looks like a good buy right now, I can't believe how the price keeps languishing ( my dictionary describes languishing amongst other things to mean " grow to be feeble, depressing condition, grow slack!!lose intensity,droop!!and so on)
