The best news from all of this is the amount of field-training the company is doing to try and ensure that as few machines are returned as possible. To me this is a very intelligent use of resources, since a machine returned is worse than a machine not sold. This will be the make-it or break-it quarter, I think. If the .04 holds up -- that is, if the 3-10% return rate is realistic and they aren't booking earnings for machines that are likely to be returned -- we have a winner. But there's still no way to tell for sure. If the return rate is higher than stated or anticipated, it's going to show up in this quarter's earnings.
