MeD, to the best of my knowledge the float is ~700k (yes 700,000) after the reverse split. It's tough to find out very much about JAVA other than what's on the JAVA threads (there are 2). The play here is that JAVA is merging with a private company that creates a new public company. My investment in JAVA was for its shell value. It would not be impossible for the new company to bring $5/share, that was the prospect for the merger with Tri-Star Medical (which failed) based on my due dilly of their earnings. Bishop management holds majority shares and is working the new merger with Insecta Sales. I suspect they will do things that enhance their shareholder value. A small speculative position for new investors may make sense. We may have a 15 bagger here. However, be prepared to lose everything if the merger fails.
