To Fred Dowling (from other thread) - Re DACQ Board and BT&S I have to research the board issue (I know the election process is slow and paper-intensive), and have a look at the company's articles and by-laws. Expect to talk to DACQ's lawyer next week. Re BT&S, and Dynamic American's history and structure, I am going back through the file in detail this weekend, and will post a more useful answer tomorrow. Next week I will revisit the SEC, check for new filings, and review the filings that I didn't have time to read during my first visit last summer. (Most of the filings are on fiche, and for some reason, probably best unknown, it takes several hours to retrieve them.) Mike.
