Must step out a few hours this AM but will be back shortly and rejoin. Chuck, I had nominated you to head a team to get the SAC up and running, and I volunteered to run the team to get a SH elected to the Board. I haven't heard from many of the SHs on this, but if it's OK, then let's go.
Pam, you asked about research, and I thought that since what I am doing for the moment is rather dry, you could - if this is OK with you and Chuck - help Chuck out initially setting up the SAC. However, please keep time open for me! (I think that you and Chuck - and anyone else who wishes to help - will find that the SAC is fairly straightforward, as Chuck's friend Charles intimated, and that you'll soon have time for other things - I know I will need help.)
Everyone, is it OK if Frank keeps confidential tally of the shares we own? If so, you will have to e-mail him the numbers, and let him know if/when they change.
Frank, I'll resend the e-mail you didn't get.
Berry - Welcome aboard - Every share counts, and it's above all good for morale every time another SH joins us.
