Yes, discussions with Grant Robertson indicate expectations for over 5 cents per share but I believe that is based upon actual shares outstanding as opposed to fully diluted. In any event the forecasts for the coming year are expected to be completed by Grant Robertson soon after he confirms a few things with Blaine Maller (President).
Forecasted earnings are substantially higher than current year's and if they are even below expected the share price should rise substantially over the next year from current levels.

In addition the hiring of an Investor Relations person/firm is imminent and should result in more awareness of this company.

A listing on a more senior exchange (Nasdaq probably) could occur before the end of 1998.

Blaine Maller has been in Chicago talking with IR and/or market makers lately.

I believe additional OEM contract discussions may be taking place and is probably just a matter of time before everything comes together.

The company has plenty of cash on hand (albeit for capital expenditures) and a positive cash flow.

Can anyone outline what the risks would be with investing in the shares of this company ??
