Phil: Time Segmented Volume (TSV), is similar to On Balance Volume (OBV)... It uses a proprietary TC2000 algorithm that measures the relationship of price movement with volume levels... It looks like a moving average line... If it's rising, that's positive... If it's falling that's negative... If you are looking at a rising TSV line, it is indicating that upticks were on higher volume than downticks over a period of time, (days, weeks, etc.)... Jim
