Milton, This EU thing will sort itself out between all the participants in due course and the driving force will be "competition" between all the member nations that are participants. How will the Socialist programs of Germany and Scandinavia compete against other members and how do you price medical diagnostic kits produced in Germany where the workers are paid five weeks annual vacation ? Free price competition in the market place will level the playing field and the Euro (eventually ) will be very competitive against the dollar. IMO
