ZULU and ESVS adage.com Enhanced Services and Zulu-tek continue talks Enhanced Services Co. and Zulu-tek said their boards of directors will continue to pursue a business combination of the two corporations that, pending regulatory and shareholder approval, is expected later this year. The resulting company will focus on Internet advertising, electronic commerce, technology development and laptop sales on the Internet. Enhanced officials said the company may make additional investments in Zulu in light of the merger and are currently seeking private placement to fund the combined business.
