Dear Rich: If it happens next quarter the Company has a problem. With the addition of 70 new engineers last quarter I think we should have reached enough "critical mass" that we can show substantial improvement in Revenue and Earnings even with continuing hiring and pilots (presuming their are any pilots left to do, with time running out I dont see why there is any need for pilots anymore) JDN
