Dear Charles, It appears that the Sac members are emulating the 1996 electorate with such a turnout (25 of 117) ha ha. Maybe two more requests emailed at an appropriate interval would help. In the world of education we have a principle known as the "rule of threes", which means that information usually is digested by most after the third repetition. (By the way if you have a three to seven year old in the extended family try repeting a request three times quietly and firmly with a pause in between each....you will be amazed at the results.
