g'day all - Jeff, while I agree that "right plans" can be used to prevent vultures from cannibalizing a co - and certainly I am all for protecting the workerbees - there are many sides of everything. First, with today job market in the tech arena and labor globalization, it is doubtful that a right plan is intended for the workerbees.

While I am not yet convinced CRUS mgt is total trash, any mgt unwilling to open to new ideas invites self-destruction. To them, they have already had too much protection without equal amount of accountability, it'd be adding insult to injury if the workerbees and common shareholders were left holding the bag.

I mean, before this right plan thing, since CRUS has been meeting its earnings for several Qs despite a difficult business climate, I was willing to accept its depress share price as a temporary phenomenon for being in an out-of-favor sector. However, when this right plan appears, one has to have doubt if mgt is so hardened that it they are afraid to hear from investors like Messr Teo, who has been rather low key [and has appeared to be giving mgt the benefit of the doubt.]

So, my conclusion is that if there is a proxy fight, and if I am still holding CRUS stock, I am leaning toward to the support of the dissidents.

JMHO
