If anything, why not sell if you can get a good price(if you already have a profit/which most should) and buy back at a better price?? Reason 1: I don't care to give Uncle Sammy a penny until I have to Reason 2: If you can guarantee me unequivocally that I can get a better price minus the taxes that I'd have to fork over, I might buy into your trading style. Somehow, I don't think that's a guarantee you or anyone else can make. Reason 3: Buy and hold has always worked better for me ('nuff said) SEEK at 31 1/2... Happy SEEKing... -tk
