Hey Frank,
simple technical analysis is just looking at the historical price chart-thankfully you can generate one on this site. $30+ looks like a viable target, recent resistance levels have been shattered. Values above historical highs will have to be proven by further analysis (fundamental) such as discounted cash flow.
