Vic, VS's problems are far to deeply rooted for us to even make a dent in his delusional armour. He is desperate for recognition, and so hopelessly lost in his compulsive behaviors that he will never be able to respond as we all wish, i.e., intelligently. His ability for rational response was long ago eroded to non existence by his obsessive compulsive behavior. His recent references to this 'being a dark thread', reveals a martyr complex in the making as well. I'm afraid that he will never respond to River Rats wager, or provide hard numbers by which he will judge FTEL's progress, it just won't happen. I suggest that we all declare him the next Enlightened One, shower him with accolades and positive recognition..... then, we may see him leave in his heroic quest to enlighten those suffering darkness.
