And yet, things are looking up on the technical side: biz.yahoo.com We all criticize Microsoft for selling hype and promises, while delivering half-baked products. Novell is building up a solid base of products; delivering solutions that work NOW, not sometime in the indefinite future. The big test will come when Novell has enough new products available that they will shift into "promo" mode and sell their story. Some will say it's already too late and Novell doesn't know how to do it. Let's hope that Novell isn't relying on the "if we build it they will come" approach. We're a patient bunch, though, aren't we?
