oscar, squeezing blood out of a turnip is an art form developed by upper managements around this country. what else can i say but there ain't no blood here... there will be 25 mm shares o/s, +or-, and the sec is suing for $10 mm. that's about $0.40 per share right there. from what i understand, dave still has a shot at that even though he sold. i'd bet that if this company is sued (and make no mistake, the management had set them up), they will file bankruptcy and ANNUL ALL SHARES ala mediavision. you can't divide a couple units 25 mm ways can you? would you like a resistor or a capacitor? actually, you can have 1/3 of either one... we can sue later. if somebody else tries to spite their face by cutting off their nose and files suit, we can join in that one. a smart person, and there ain't too many unfortunately, would wait until this company gets an influx of cash AND THEN SUE. if not, the company has NO REASON TO SIGN DEALS... good luck to us all...
