Dear Calvin - not knowing Messr Teo, it would be presumptuous to 2nd guess him - or any big time investor, for that matter - however, I do not think they ve gotten to where they are now as being quitters. Of course, they are probably also prudent enough to cut loss when all hopes are gone. At this point, I simply don't know [and I probably won't trust anything coming out of yahoo bbs <g>.] Anyway, with respect to the latest storm-in-the-teacup, time will tell if Messr Hackworth is able to backup his words with performance. Certainly, at the very least, if things don't go well, Messr Teo can at least demand a couple of seats on the board and let the old guards have an earful. rgds Bosco
