the clear inference from the sec lawsuit is that approximately 40 mm shares will be rescinded. that leaves us with 25 mm +or-. remember, they accused huck of selling about 4 mm shares. 36 mm should still be in his accounts and easily rescindable. just give him a short position for the 4 mm that he sold and make him or his broker or sga cover :-)
