NEVER AVERAGE DOWN...............If you going to add to your position, always average up...........This is imperative if you want to consistently make money in stocks....<< dave, i don't think averaging down was our (mine, too) biggest problem. i think lack of D-I-V-E-R-S-I-F-I-C-A-T-I-O-N was the biggest problem. although i didn't surrender the type of fundage you did, i lost over 95% of my non-ira account and the 5% is still in this dog 8^( dave, the problem with suing now is that whoever you sue will turn around and sue soe. hucky lied, flat out. sga is already blaming him. if the sec gets the $10 mm they are after you should receive $0.30 to $0.40 for each share you owned - I REALLY, REALLY HOPE THIS WORKS OUT, FOLKS - but my nature has been transformed into more of a cynic... good luck dave. stick your nose in here every now and then. we luv ya man - and we don't even want your buttoe dry ;-)
