Robert:

I've built a model of the 4th qtr P&L for intc that includes what is forecast thus far, including the higher SG&A. The tough part is, in addition to estimating the revenue increase, accurately guaging where they are on the cost curve for all of their products.

In some businesses an outsider can reasonably guage costs associated with a certain level of revenue. But in this business, where costs can drop markedly period to period, it's gotta be tough for intel's people let alone an outsider.

My model currently indicates to get to 2.00/share intc needs a 22.5% increase in revenue. But again, the cost curve analysis is probably more important than the revenue growth. I will try to add to my analysis as I find more info re product mix, costs, etc.

Best Regards
