Vic, unlike you, I don't hold stocks if they fall and fall like FTEL has on you. I'm up very nicely on CD. If it falls too much, I will sell. I can't believe I missed the beginning of the conference call. I feel a little in the dark. I'll say more after I listen to it all (tomorrow afternoon the replay should be available). When the audit is released, the doubts will be cleared. In the meantime, CD is not overpriced, even if some more bad adjustments are made. CD: $ 24.50b $ 24.56a VALUESPEC
