FOCUS ENHANCEMENTS INC (FCSE) 4 +25/32. Stock has raced 24% higher this morning, on news that the world's largest PC maker, Compaq Computer, has selected FOCUS Enhancements' TView Gold Video Scan Converter as its PC-to-TV video solution for its G.E.M. vertical markets (Government, Education, and Medical). Receiving an even more pronounced boost from the news are the company's warrants, which trade under the symbol "FCSEW" and have rocketed 183% to 17/32. The TView Gold will allow Compaq Computer users to display computer-generated graphics on any television, to use the television as a large screen display, and to record their computer-generated graphics to VHS videotape. According to FOCUS Enhancements, only its DVP will allow the user to independently shape the video picture to any TV screen in the world, even on wide screen Tvs. The TView Gold has a suggested price of $399 and is on the Compaq GEM price list.
