I think I found out why the stock is not falling today after the downgrades. I called Schwab to short the stock at 49 1/2 and they said there were no short shares available currently. It sounded like there's a long line in front of me for short shares. He said all I could do is keep trying later.

Until the fantasy wears off, it looks like I'm a day too late to short the stock. There likely won't be a short squeeze (for at least a year or two <g>), but probably a boring gradually descent with some volatility mixed in.
