Now for the, (drum roll please): THE TOP TEN REASONS WHY THE 10-K WAS NOT FILED ON TIME: 10. It too is on Joe V.'s desk somewhere! 9. Someone at Financial Internet Group had it for lunch! 8. No comment at this time! 7. Joe V.: "Oh, sh..!, I left it in Hooter's bathroom! 6. Oh no!, it's in the shredder! 5. Mario's poor dog used it as a "wee wee pad!" 4. It's in the mail! 3. Howard Stern is using it on his next radio program! 2. Waiting on those other figures! AND THE NUMBER ONE REASON WHY THE 10-K WAS NOT FILED ON TIME: 1. It's under Monica Lewinsky's pillow!!!!!!!!
