I understand your argument. If I had to make an even-odds bet on the two, Viagra vs. Vasomax clinical efficacy, rest assured that I would bet on Viagra. FWIW, I would be willing to wager quite a large sum.

The only reason I piped up here with a critique from the standpoint of scientific method is that the term "sloppy science" has been tossed around in this venue to attack the Vasomax poster (and poster sessions in general) before the AUA meeting has even started, and before the Vasomax poster (and, hopefully for their sake, a table holding some handout materials giving the experimental details) is set up.

Metastudies are often termed sloppy science.
