"Insider sale": 9% of outstanding shares common stock of Inacom to be sold: SEC Registration filed May 1, 1998, for selling stockholders to sell 1,344,501 Shares of Common Stock of InaCom effective "as soon as practicable". The Selling Stockholders acquired the Common Stock in connection with certain business acquisitions by InaCom. None of the selling stockholders is listed as an "Executive officier" of Inacom. The quarterly earnings report reported 15,000,000 shares of common stock outstanding.
