Chas, There are a number of companies that have endorsed SLDRAM, and many willing to manufacture to agreed specs. As far as chipsets, MU I know is developing and possibly has already as well as SIS. This may be available in DELL systems, but not sure. I am sure cost will dictate needs and demand, and as long as chipsets are available, motherboards will be built with them.
