bryan, i hope the sec can find him. if not, the irs surely will find him. perhaps he'll turn himself in before one of his investors finds him. who knows. that attorney of his better cough up the goods. if any money is missing they should keep him in jail as long as he doesn't talk. btw, if you rob a bank in florida and use the proceeds to buy a house - can you keep the house. me thunks not, so i believe filing bankruptcy will not help this devil and his demon cohorts. good luck...
