I got this post from YAHOO, any comments? Big rumors floating around the industry, and probably shortly the Street, that the company is dealing with a proposed tender for 12,000,000 shares at $.75. That would give the tender the ability to acquire the company with the company's $9 million cash plus $5 million is settlement with ADRX. phr
