You need to remember that SOE is owned by us the investors...

and to shut them down permanently would kill us. To investigate, remove and prosecute all executives that were accomplices to this scam is what I FEEL the SEC and Justice Department will do.

If there is a product I don't think the SEC will shut SOE down!

On the otherhand, the SEC may be seeking to collect $10 million from guilty parties and disperse this money to investors, maybe $.20 on the dollar, end of story. But with a product this wouldn't seem fair?

I would like to see the money go back into SOE or have the money used to repurchase stock over a moderate period of time, then cancelled. The repurchase and cancellation of shares makes the most sense to me, however, I don't recall this happening before?

Averaging down on a GOOD STOCK is a great idea. Were we went wrong is averaging down on a BB stock, I wouldn't recommend that in the future.

I wish I averaged down on IBM, Intel and Microsoft over the last year. Then again, I'm glad I didn't with Micron Technology, at least not yet. It's all in the research.
